Attending the Sheriff's sale... with the intent to bid and acquire... is only done after all the homework has been done.

Homework = due diligence.

Unless, you can afford to buy a 'pig in a poke' and you have cash to burn. Then, have at it.

If you would like some hands-on instruction into the art of due diligence... and help to acquire a specific property... let me know.

If you can buy this property BEFORE the Sheriff's Sale, or during the 10 day right of redemption period, you'll eliminate a lot of competition that you'll encounter at the Sheriff's Sale.

I sent you an Email. I work with speculative investors across the USA, and, especially in my own backyard. Call me.
